Health Management Services are based on recent research-driven best practices in health care and designed to improve our members’ health outcomes, and lower health care costs. Members work with RN Care Navigators to understand their health status, receive personal guidance, and consider insightful advice and educational approaches to wellness. Care Navigators help members track their health status to reduce the likelihood of a major health event, thereby reducing workplace absenteeism, and improving overall body/mind wellness.

Through our family of Health Management products – FirstPath and FirstPath Advantage – we offer the following services: case management, utilization management, care support, predictive and chronic disease management, workplace wellness programs, prenatal care, pediatric support, and pharmaceutical review. SuperiorHealth Center care delivery operations focus on a team approach to providing patient care. Through our uniquely personal approach to care, patients experience not only better health outcomes, but a willingness to become more knowledgeable and engaged in their own health. The positive responses we see every day tell us our patients appreciate the personal approach. SuperiorHealth Center includes:

- Two independent primary care clinics in Duluth and Proctor, using a “Care Team” approach to enhance health outcomes and reduce overall health care costs.

- Three full-service pharmacies in Duluth, Two Harbors and Silver Bay, offering online prescription refills, free local delivery, and Medication Therapy Management services.

- A Medicare-certified home care agency offering home health and occupational health services.

Business Processing operations consist of an experienced and dedicated team who consistently perform at peak efficiency and productivity.

Claims Processing
Every Technical Examiner has intimate knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and the commercial claims processes: the labyrinth of public and private health insurance, including specific medical terminology, presents no problems for our staff.
